Instructional Volleyball
This instructional program is designed for the young athlete who wants to learn the basics of volleyball: passing, setting, spiking and digging. Focus is on skills development; no games are played. Experienced coaches lead this instructional program.

Junior Instructional Volleyball
Ages: 8-10
Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
Times: 5:30-6:30 p.m.
