NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
A petition has been filed by Pittman & Greer Engineering requesting a special exception variance from Bishop Subdivision Ordinance Section 502.3.6, to remove the 10’ no access easement and required planting screen, on property owned by Saint Aelred Catholic Church (tax parcel no. A-07-034) consisting of ±15.3122 acres located at 1060 Cemetery Road, zoned A-1 (Agricultural District), Bishop, GA. A public hearing will be held by the Bishop City Council at the Bishop Town Hall at 5000 Macon Highway, Bishop, GA to decide the matter at their regularly scheduled meeting to be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 7:00 PM. All those having an interest in this petition should be present.
