NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
An action has been initiated by The Oconee County Board of Commissioners to modify the conditions of the existing rezones #8340 and #043 and to rezone from B-1 PUD (General Business District Planned Unit Development) and B-2 (Highway Business District) to OIP (Office Instutitional Professional District), B-1 (General Business District), and B-2 (Highway Business District) on property owned by Deferred Tax, LLC., (tax parcel numbers C-01-045 & C-01-045B), consisting of ±33.65 acres, located at 1291 Virgil Langford Rd, Oconee County, GA. The Oconee County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at the Administrative Building at 7635 Macon Hwy, Watkinsville, GA, on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 6:00 PM to consider this matter. All those having an interest in this petition should be present.
