The period of Advance Voting shall commence on the fourth Monday immediately prior to each election and as soon as possible prior to a runoff but no later than the second Monday immediately prior to such runoff and shall end on the Friday immediately prior to each primary, election, or runoff.
Voting shall be conducted during normal business hours on weekdays (other than a observed state holidays) during such period and shall be conducted on the second and third Saturday prior to a primary or election from 9 am to 5 pm.
